With over 17 years of experience in customer service, including senior managerial roles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what customers expect and deserve. Elite Epoxy was born out of a gap I noticed in the market—companies offering epoxy flooring without the personalised and professional service that clients truly need.

After receiving multiple quotes to replace my own epoxy flooring, I saw an opportunity to bring together my passion for detail and my commitment to high-quality customer experiences. At Elite Epoxy, I take pride in transforming ordinary spaces into something special by delivering exceptional epoxy and concrete coating solutions with care and precision.

How Does It Work?

Our Process

From a free consultation to the final cleanup, we take the time and care needed to deliver a flawless, long-lasting finish.

  • We discuss your needs and the many epoxy/coating options to determine what will be best for you and your floor.

  • We start by diamond grinding the existing slab. The hardness of your concrete will determine which diamond type I use. This is the most important part—if the slab isn’t prepared correctly, it will cause issues in months to come.

  • The first coat is a tinted primer coat epoxy, followed by another tinted coat of epoxy. If desired, we immediately apply the selected flake system; once this has dried, it’s scraped and any excess flake is removed.

    Two clear top coats are then applied, including a UV stable product to prevent discolouring over time, and a slip resistant product if required.

  • Once the job is completed, I ensure the site and any areas of the property I’ve used are cleaned and left in the same state they were found.
